The old shingles and underlayment come off down to the roof deck. Damaged decking is handled the way your estimate spells out.
Underlayment and leak barrier.
Underlayment across the deck, with leak barrier in the valleys and around penetrations.
Flashing.
New flashing where the roof meets walls, chimneys and pipes.
Ventilation.
Ridge venting and exhaust sized to what your roof needs.
Shingles, starter and ridge caps.
Owens Corning or GAF architectural shingles, in the tier you choose.
Cleanup.
Debris hauled off and the site cleaned up before we leave.
